Wildfire Can Happen at Any Time of Year In Colorado

Wildfires Can Strike in Moments, and Without Warning

Residents of the Foothills Wildland Interface must take all necessary precautions to safeguard their homes, businesses, and outbuildings from the threat of wildfires. No inspection, including UAV inspections, can entirely protect against fire or see every danger. It can provide valuable insights into potential hazards surrounding your property. Rocky Mountain UAVs offers various aerial inspection options for your residence or business. These inspections can reveal critical information such as egress routes, tree canopy overhangs, defensible spaces, and more.

Our inspections provide you with 12-18 photos of your home or business covering all angles of the property surrounding your home. You will receive a USB Drive containing your photos after the inspection, which you will be able to view on your computer and see potential problem areas. Is the tree canopy overhang too much, is the wood pile too close, is the driveway too narrow, will my insurance cancel me because of this, or any other issue? We hear the cancellation horror stories every day. Here is your chance to get ahead of Homeowners Insurance Cancelation by showing them you are proactive and taking steps to protect your property. In addition, on the USB, you will receive a 15-page booklet from the USFS on protecting your home from wildfire, then in about 10 days, you will receive a written report on the inspection of your property from Rocky Mountain UAVS.
